Something cute but headache for me..
For your information:
Hep G2 is liver cancer cell line.
The disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
It is anchorage cell line which growth on bottom of T-flask.
It is also like to clump together. (That's problem that cause me headache).
They like to clump together..so they tend to overlap one to each other.
Thus, resuspend take me longer time to separate them into 1 cell to 1 cell condition..
It comes to a matter when my resuspend technique is damn poor...>.<
